Family dinner, and I'm guessing some sort of chicken. For me also a protein smoothie. I've discovered I prefer them with greens, greek yogurt and some agave nectar to fruity and sweet. Somehow the greens end up sweeter after being ground up and it's refreshing and pleasant instead of heavy and cloying like fruit drinks become.
