Drumroll please! I have managed to release some of the Keratin from my hair and am so pleased to share the news.

I have been mixing shampoo (with sodium chloride listed on the ingredients list) with sea salt from Trader Joe's and exfoliating my hair with it. I literally rub the salt grains into my hair for as long as I can stand to be in the shower.

My 3b/c hair is emerging, but with more shine and no frizz. I have done this about 6 times. I will probably do it 3 or 4 more times and then stop because I love the curl but don't want to encourage more frizz or do any damage to the three inches of virgin hair that I have at the root.

Just thought I'd let ya'll know!

This may save me some serious strife.
