So I ended up missing my boxing class on Saturday. I was really looking forward to it but family things came up so what can you do? My child was scheduled to have surgery yesterday but that got cancelled bc he got sick late Sunday so today was the first day I was able to get back in the gym since Friday. I was able to get in an hr of cardio and I'm hoping to be able to get up early tomorrow to make it to my spinning class.
