Jogged 3 miles today
Did Insanity Pure Cardio
Did Insanity cardio abs
I am so tired and have to clock in about 30 minutes. My inner thighs were irritated by the time I was done with everything. When I walk I want to say it's my pelvic bone saying I protest too much. And of course my bum knee is giving me a double middle finger
