I loved shopping at Carter's when my daughter was a baby. So much stuff and such good deals. On topic, I would report that woman. She works at Carter's, not Hot Topic (not that her behavior would be acceptable to me at HT either). But that was horrendous customer service and using the F bomb would not fly with me at all. I would definitely report her. Sorry that her job is interfering with your trip planning but such is the life of a working person.

I cannot remember the last time I had really bad customer service. If I have lately, it was in the grocery store (military commissary) and stemmed from a language barrier but nothing like what you are describing.
