I've come to the conclusion that my limp curls are due to a protein deficiency. I'm doing about 2-3 PTs a week and can tell a difference right after (very curly) but the next day they go back to being limp. Does anyone have any idea how to deal with a protein deficiency or how long it should take to recover?
