last night i used my charcoal grill to make a steak - it was a marinating steak and i had put it in red wine vinegar and greek-style-seasoning in a plastic container and left it for 24 hours.

along with it, i had a baked sweet potato, some sauteed mushrooms and a sliced tomato.
