Hey! I'm on a swim team so I know all about this I dampen my hair and put conditioner in it before putting on my swim cap and swimming. I can cowash it after if I REALLY scrub, but at least three times a week, I use Deva No Poo just to make sure all the chlorine comes out (I swim everyday). Also, two times a week, I mix a dime size of honey in the condish I am using which reaaallllyyy helps the dryness!! Additionally, I deep condition once every two weeks! Now, I can't even tell I ever had/have chlorine damage
