Days 20-22...I was travelling Monday & Tuesday so exercise and cleansing was a bust bc I was in the car the majority of the time. I did stick to healthy eating both days though. Today I am back to cleansing and I intended to get up early and hit the gym since they were open for limited hours for the holiday but I overslept
...hopefully I will get up in time tomorrow!
