I've done this before, last summer specifically, and I'm thinking of starting again. Due to stress and just a general lack of hunger, I'm actually at the weight I was in high school when I played volleyball (I'm almost done with college), but I really want to be more toned. I was doing two Bodyrock workouts (essentially two 20 min or less high intensity interval training workouts, similar to Crossfit but often with no equipment, ideal for me to do at home) almost everyday and I loved my results, so I'm hoping I can stay approximately the same weight (possibly go from 145 to 135 at the very most) and mainly get more toned.
