Ok, so I'm not reporting that I did the shred even though this thread is about that (you're so vain...you probabaly think the Shred is about you...you're so vaaaain - now that stupid song is stuck in my head, why does this happen?), but just wanted to share I'm still sticking with exercising and trying to push myself more.

I walked today for an hour, ran 5 times (that adds up to a little over 5 minutes total, that counts toward my goal...right? )and did some inclines. Felt like I was dying at the end, but still did some other exercises from the Shred like crunches, bicycle crunches, arm raises, lunges, etc. I've got slight blisters on the bottom of my feet so I guess that's good, right?
