hair help??

Jsyk, I am a teenager, and don't know if I should have posted this in the teen section. Anyway, I was hoping to be able to tell you my hair routine and you guys could tell me where I am going wrong in destroying my natural wave/curl. I am a 2b. I used to straighten it all the time, but I laid off doing it, and got my hair Caribbean braided on a vacation. It got really manageable after that. I just don't know if I can keep it up though...MOVING ON.

In shower:
Dove Daily Moisture Shampoo or TRESemme Smooth & Silky Shampoo
Cristophe Glossing Conditioner (leave in for 3 minutes)
John Frieda Clear Shine Luminous Glaze (leave in for 5 minutes)
Out of shower:
Moroccan Oil or One 'N Only Argan Oil
Great Clips Abzorb Leave-In Conditioner

Egg, Olive Oil, Deep Conditioner & Milk Combo Mask
Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Deep Conditioner

I comb it out with a wide-tooth comb. Sometimes I brush it-trying to get it straight . My ultimate goal is smooth, soft waves or completely straight. I also braid it sometimes.

However, drying natural, kind of "underneath" my hair it is a 2c/3a curl that pokes out from underneath my thick 2b hair. When I brush it, it gets dry and poofy.

I also am planning to take calcium supplements and fish oil pills. Will those help?

What can I do????
Have you thought about going sulfate and silicone free? I notice the products you list have sulfates and 'cones in them.

Brushing dry wavy hair, for me always results in a big poofy mess.

I am a 2b, and I wear my hair wavy almost all the time. The only way I can get my hair even kind of straight is to put it into a bun when it is wet, and let it dry in the bun...but it's still not straight.
Fine, low porosity, med density, normal elasticity.
