Thinking about CG method

I have bleached, blow dried, and straightened my hair since I was about 15. I never knew what to do with my non curly frizziness lol. Here is a pic of my hair - no highlighting for almost two years. I dyed it light brown about a year and a half ago so I can grow out my natural color. I've been using a wide tooth comb and air drying. It looks better but I think it needs something more. Do you guys think CG may work for me? I have 2a waviness I guess but I have very thick hair which gets more wavy with mouse. However I haven't used any extra products except coconut oil on the ends. ]

One of the major points of going CG is that it moisturizes your hair and cuts the use of daily products that damage your hair even more. So yeah, I say go for it! You can always just keep it simple by just using either a co-wash or a sulfate free shampoo, a silicone free rinse out conditioner, and just 1 CG styling product. I was going cross eyed trying to learn what products do what and deciphering all those really long ingredients, so I said screw it and started off using DevaCare low poo, DevaCare One Condition, and DevaCurl Arc Angell gel. Very easy and I knew they were CG.
Hair Properties: 2A/2B, Medium-fine, Normal porosity, Normal elasticity, Medium density
Low Poo: DevaCare, Yes to Cuc's
Rinse Out: DevaCare One Condition, Yes to Cuc's
Cowash: Suave Naturals Lavender, Yes to Carrots Scalp Conditioner
Curl Cream: AG ReCoil, Organix Moroccan Oil Curl Cream
Gel/Mousse: Sweet Curls Elixirs FSG w/ Mag Sulfate added, Sweet Curls Elixirs hard hold gel, DevaCurl Frizz Free Foam, Aquage Uplifting Foam
Protein: Spiral Solutions Protein Spray for daily use
