I have really thick, coarse, dry hair and am going to try the CG method. I can't find directions on how to go about it although I did find something on here last night explaining it but I can't find it now.

I think it's type 2c but its wavy/bushy rather than just wavy. Can anyone help please?

Thank you
I have the same hair type. 2c/3a, thick, dry, dense, high porosity and crazy! CG has been a life saver!! I'm still really new and learning, but I'll try to help. I low-poo with Burt's bees moisturizing shampoo about twice a week, use catwalk oatmeal conditioner on those days and co-wash with suave naturals on the other days. Product changes based on the day. But I always put in a leave in (currently using a thick Shea butter or GF sleek and shine) then an oil or cream, then gel and scrunch. It's been maybe 2 months and I have actually been able to wash and go! That is something I had been wishing for for years! Before CG, the only time my hair was not tied up was on the shower. Just keep readying and looking at product reviews no doubt you will find what works for you!
