I've been keeping under 1300 calories, plus I did the shred for a month, and I've been doing intervals on the treadmill for 2 weeks - and today I weighed myself at the doctors (stupid mistake). Nothing. No weight loss. It was so depressing. Almost killed all my motivation.

Still managed intervals on the treadmill today.

40 minutes, 500 calories. I'm impressed with myself lately too!
