I'm fructose intolerant, and wheat has fructose, so I avoid it. I was paleo for about a year, but I feel so much better eating rice on a regular basis.
There's some good cookbooks out there for paleo. We have Paleo Comfort Foods, and my dad seems to approve when I've made stuff from it for him.
The biggest challenge with paleo is variety. It's real easy to fall into a pattern of eating the same things over and over because they're easier to make, or cheaper. I guess that's true with anything though.
Averages out at 2b, ranges from 1c to 3a, very fine
