I just meant that cooking primal/low carb/low sugar food is no harder than cooking any other food.
Cabbage noodles are just cabbage sliced into strips and boiled in water til tender. They are used in place of regular pasta.
roasted veggies - any veggie you choose (fresh or frozen) tossed with a little olive oil and any herbs or seasonings you like. Then put them in a single layer on a cookie sheet and bake until done (stir every 20 min or so). Some veggies take a half hour, some an hour. Roasting really brings out the flavor of veggies.
