That makes sense - I guess I only color my hair every few months, so the time in between I don't necessarily see improvement, which is why - for me - that may not make a huge difference? I don't know! But it's worth a shot!

I mean, I knew coloring did SOME damage; I just never imagined it was doing as much as it was. I thought my hair was just ridiculously temperamental. Now, 7 months post-chem coloring, my hair looks and feels healthier than it ever has before, and what's even more interesting is that now I can use products that I thought my hair hated. I'm glad I never cleaned out my product stash because now I'm using almost all of my products without issue.
