OMG you need to eat breakfast! It affects your metabolism and sets you up for what you'll crave later. Energy, mood, cognitive processes, let alone useless crap like your hair, are greatly affected when you skip breakfast.

But I started noticing how that was affecting me (diet, energy, skin, nails/hair, everything) and started taking stuff with me that I can eat at work around 8 or so when I'm ready for breakfast. I work in an office, so I have access to a refrigerator, microwave, etc. so I can pretty much bring whatever I want. But I usually opt for oatmeal as its quick and filling.

My favorite brands are Kinky Curly, As I am, Curly Kinks, Curl Junkie, and Darcy's Botanicals. Also love sealing with oils (loving argan oil right now) and styling with jelly products (KCCC is my current favorite). Mostly trying to keep it simple!
