My body confuses the **** outta me. I work out 5x a week, eat healthy and have been in a stall for 2 months...up and down the same 2 pounds. I take a week off from working out to enjoy the holidays, have eaten cramp and lose 5 pounds! WTF?!?!?

Like I think my body is too stiff even if I stretch I always feel like crap working out in the morning.

I think I need to be up and moving for a couple of hours before I can work out.
