I had this same issue with Darcy's botanicals telling me oh your products are shipping today and it wasnt even postmarked till 2 wks later! I enjoyed the shampoo bar sample I got in my curlkit from cream and coco but if this is how they treat their customers I won't be purchasing just like I will never order form Darcy's botanicals again. The best costumer service I have had so far is from sisters keeper .
