She was...a doozie, for sure. And her three children were heathens. So glad it's a but a distant memory. The only, only thing I can give her any credit for is Mr. Spring joining the Coast Guard. They were both working at the same hotel and were having a conversation about him joining the military. He was originally thinking Navy or Marines and she asked him "What about the Coast Guard? They would stop in Puerto Rico all the time and party, party, party." (she was originally from PR, which is where my dad met her) and that did it for Mr. Spring. At the ripe age of 22 "Party, party, party" reeled him right in. haha
