Yea I have been through that. It really sucks especially when exercise is supposed to be good for you. Anyways when I started working out again I made the mistake of trying to work myself out really hard when my body wasn't used to get anymore. Are your working out intensely or even moderately intense? Try taking things slow first then build up. Like if your running right now. Start walking instead and then jog the next week then run the week after that. Also make sure you eat a good breakfast! I cannot stress that enough. Make sure you have rest and LOTS of water it helps so much. So yeah build yourself up. The pain will go away once your body is ready for vigorous exercise. Hope I helped let me know
