this morning, i sauteed some onion and garlic in olive oil then browned some stewing lamb in the mixture.
i toss it in the slow cooker with some water, red wine and spices and left it until i got home.
transferred it back to a pot with veggies - my house smells wonderful and i can't wait to eat it!
