$10 a month is a pretty good deal.

I find when I'm depressed that exercise or even just moving, like going for a walk, makes me feel better and eventually that endorphin rush starts to last longer and longer.

Start with small manageable changes rather than making big ones, your more likely to stick with them. Take things at your own pace.
Fat does not make you fat. It's actually pretty important.
