I've just started at a new gym.

I was the only woman in the free weights section but I have found it has a women's only section. With dumb bells that go higher than 4kg. So I don't have to disturb the delicate men by lifting heavy dumb bells in their vicinity.

Any way, I'm having a go on everything just so I can figure out what's where.
Fat does not make you fat. It's actually pretty important.
