(this is what I was thinking about the whole time)

I just followed the basic recipe in the first post. The first time around, I boiled them way too long and could absolutely not get them through my mesh strainer. Second time around, I timed it. I boiled them for exactly 2 min 30 seconds (from the time they started boiling). I know everyone's timing will be different, but just throwing a basic guideline out there for any newbies like me!

fine, medium porosity, normal elasticity
