I'm in. This winter has not been kind. Between injuring my arm, DD1's being in the hospital, getting the flu, aunt in hospital/rehab I've had a lot of excuses not to exercise and then a hard time getting motivated to get back to the gym. That's over!

I want to:
work out 3x or more each week
