^ I was going to say, that could be me. I will walk to warm up, then stretch, because I always read you shouldn't stretch when you're not already warmed up.

I've since learned there are differing opinions on this, but all I know is I've managed to stay mostly muscle-injury free using this approach.

I always then workout, though. So if they're just walking and then stretching and that's it, then I got nothin'.
