Are you having other issues? Joints swelling or tenderness? Have you had a blood panel run recently? This sounds very much like the fatigue I get when my auto immune arthritis is flaring

The things that help me: rest (even just closing my eyes and laying there) exercise (mostly yoga and walking), making sure I have lots of breaks during the day (on weekends, I work a regular schedule during the week), planning rest periods, decreasing stress, eating properly, and being kind to myself-it's really frustrating and being mad about it just makes it worse

I know in the fibromyalgia thread there were lots of supplement suggestions
