I have it to a mild degree. This thread from a few years ago was very helpful. And this link from within that thread was even more helpful.

I don't go to quite the extent that is described in that second link, but I've found that if I wash my face with honey in the morning (I use a very mild liquid cleanser in the evening to remove makeup) and moisturize with a tiny amount of extra virgin coconut oil over damp skin (damp skin is very important here) both morning and evening, it keeps any seb derm symptoms at bay. My skin has never been calmer, and this method has been working well for me for about 3 years now.

I tried the raw vinegar several years ago, and while I had good results, over time it seemed to not work as well and be slightly irritating. I also got tired of the smell! Everyone is different and responds to different things, so if what you're doing is working for you, that's great. Just wanted to share what worked for me.
