Are you doing protein treatments to repair damage followed by deep treatments to restore moisture? Also how is your diet? If you drink lots of water that will help hydrate your hair. It looks very dry right now. But I don't think without hope. If you treat it right and get regular trims to cut out the bad stuff it should get better. (You should see the difference in my mother's hair since I forced her to go CG and start taking care of it.) Can you tell us your exact routine and what products you are using? Also do you know your properties? Whether you are coarse, medium, fine and where you fall on the porosity scale?
