Hair properties are really important to know. Here's a link to help you with yours

It helps people help you. I'm assuming your porous because of the damage and the dryness that's visible. Your hair needs to be treated with lots of TLC. PTs are good, DTs even better.
Frizz when wet can be indicative of build up. Depending on your hair, you may be able to do a lowpoo to remove ingredients. My hair usually needs a stronger surfactant.
Personally, I'd stay away from mousse even if it doesn't contain drying alcohols. The propellent can also be drying.
If your hair is really damaged from the color, nothing will help except cutting it off. That would be the reason to go to a salon. Any other processing would only cause more damage.
3a (Corkicelli), highlighted, fine, low porosity
