I had to buy frozen sliced publix brand okra this time. I have used fresh before; not really sure I saw a difference in performance. Plus the fresh sometimes looks shady. ..lol...

Ok I have my notebook with recipe, which i tweaked a tad from kathymack's... . These are all per 8oz or 1 cup yield of product. ..after I strain I immediately add 1/4 tsp of magnesium flakes, 1/4+1/8 tsp of agave nectar, 1/2 tsp sucragel, 1/4 tsp vit E oil, 1/4 tsp citric acid, 1/4 tsp potassium sorbate, and 1/2 tsp guar gum...PLEASE NOTE YOU MUST USE SOME KIND OF THICKENER...

I keep one 3oz bottle in fridge and others in frezzer. Just to be on the safe side
