I have a stupid question... so, you have to microwave honey in order to not lighten your hair... but what happens if you microwaved it an hour before and it is cold again?

It's not a silly question but nothing happens, the bees enzymes are permanently destroyed/ denatured by heating so they can no longer produce peroxide. If honey is highly processed the enzymes will again be destroyed or possibly removed.
