It is clear to me that I need to continue with the coconut oil DT, but add in a protein laden DT, and cut down on the shea. Since I DT every or so days, this shouldn't be a problem. I also just bought a hot bonnet, so I am going to be able to add heat to my DT routine. All I need now is a new RO.
