So I finally caved in to pressure (hehe) the other day and tried plopping. Have to say - LOVED the results.

I plopped for about 15 minutes with a long-sleeved t-shirt/jumper type thing. After taking it out of the plop I could see some frizz going on, so I was unimpressed to say the least. BUT once it had dried the frizz was gone and I was left with great curls.

I wouldn't say there was a huge difference in my curls on the first day, but they are definitely more bouncy. Plus it reduced drying time and that's something I was really after (I'm not a huge fan of diffusing).

Another great thing is I woke up today and found I have really awesome third day curls! There's hardly any frizz, they're touchably soft, really springy little ringlets. It's great because normally by third day I have major frizz.

So I definitely think I'm a plopping convert! I'm going to wash my hair tonight and see if I get the same great results (hopefully it wasn't a plopping fluke lol).
