I think it was jeepcurlygurl that posted the link to that challenge page? I've been doing the plank challenge, and have gotten up to 2 minutes and 30 seconds, woohoo! That is hard! I have one more day there, then move up to 3 minutes.

My boyfriend's friend is a personal trainer and has given us a free lesson. We've been doing a lot of those exercises together at home and at the gym, and it's working well and getting me stronger. I don't think my core has ever been this strong in my life. Very good thing for my back. I've also been walking on the treadmill. I started the Couch to 5K program, but I don't feel like I'm physically able to do it consistently yet, it kills my shins. Maybe in the summer when I can get outside and don't have to put myself at a certain speed.
