Damaged, dry, 3B hair! NEED HELP

Hi guys! I'm new to this but I absolutely LOVE this site and I needed some help from people who understand my hair type.
I have 3B hair who has been through hell. For 2 years I straightened and permed the crap out of it and now I'm all natural.
I've been natural for 2 years now and it's still so dry and damaged. I've used sulfate free products, done crazy deep treatments, etc.

My question is, is there any way to repair my hair without cutting all of the dead bits out?
I use Tresemme mousse which I love, love, love but I find myself using SO much just to control my hair, and even then it only controls a few parts and the back just puffs up and is out of control!

I posted a picture in the attachments
Thank you! xoxo

Keep it curly!
If its damaged from heat it will probably never curl again so I suggest you trim your hair as it grows out to get rid of the damage
I've had good luck using the Spiral Solutions Protein treatment, followed by their Deeply Decadent conditioner, with my fine 3B hair. This combo of protein and moisture could help you. But I agree that ultimately, you do just have to let go of the damaged length -- either a little bit at a time, or by getting it cut up to collarbone length and then growing it back out. Clearly you have pretty hair -- it will all be so worth it!
3b, fine, medium density, normal porosity
Wash: Phytolisse and Shea 10-in-1
Rinse-out: CJ Deep Fix, Phytolisse, Shea 10-in-1
Leave-in: Phytokeratine, CCCCL
Styling: Phyto hair curling stuff or Deva Coconut Supercream (which may turn out to be a HG for me!)
