i mix 7 oz of water w/ 1-2 oz of UNSWEETENED cranberry juice & and teaspoon of the psyllium husks or dialy fiber powder and have great results (this is mentioned in the fat flush book & healthy digestion book)....it's VERY palatable.

this is an interesting topic....i don't think excessive "cleansing" is necessary but i think it's good to have several meatless days per week (if you're not vegetarian (i'm not) and i also think it's good to give your system a day or two of rest via fasting....i don't do this every motnh but that would be my personal goal. based on things i've read over the years and my knowledge of myself i think a natural juice fast every month would be highly beneficial. that's just my opinion...i'm not a doctor either!
