It's not a bad thing to not be sore. It just means your body/muscles have adjusted to your routine.

If you are not feeling an overall tightness in your body or extra energy/buzz, I would read it as a sign that's it's time to take your routine up a notch.

I guess this would make more sense to me if I was extremely consistent with my toning, but I'm really not. Maybe I'm just surprised that my body got used to my routine so quickly. I guess that's reassuring, but still a bit of a head scratcher for me.
