Cheap, drugstore stuff. I kid you not, herbal essence set me up gel, pantene pro-v conditioners and masks, organix! My hair is so soft from the organix coconut stuff now.
And it's liking silicones! *gasp*
It's easier to detangle, I will say that. I don't know if it's the change in weather but my hair is silicone happy right now. I tried using some other conditioner and it was like CHICK PLEASE!
The only thing it didn't like was the pantene pro-v curly gel or the herbal essence totally twisted gel.
But literally I'll use a dab of shampoo if needed, use a cheap conditioner and then rinse some out, leaving a bit on the ends. Put the herbal essence gel on with no other leave-in and I have perfect hair for days.
The sweet, sweet irony of a product junkie.
This is my hair after leaving a little pantene pro-v nature fusion on the ends and then gel only. No white flakes, no dried out hair.
SO was like whatever you used...get using it. He HATES flakes in my hair and I was pretty sure whenever we went out he was going to clear the shelves of HESMU because of how well it worked. The curls were soft and smelled so nice!
I like the cheap stuff too. I mean, I haven't branched out very much, but so far so good. I've used one product that was expensive that I liked and that was today. Total SHOCKER! My DNA Tahiti de Monoi shampoo. I got a free sample in the mail and risked a try. I liked it, but I know I'll never afford it.. But I digress..
I love the regular store stuff too. Long Aid, Coconut oil.. Regular shampoo, TRESemme conditioner, and I am DONE.. All under $10 each.. Together they may cost $20 if for some reason I run out of ALL of them at once.
Extremely thick, kinky curls/coils that have a mind of thier own!!!!
I like my men and my hair....KINKY!!!!

Used up the Suave Almond & Shea Butter conditioner which was the perfect luvva' for summer. In the mean time I've totally fell in love with Tresemme Nourishing Conditioner. This stuff ain't going nooowhur, especially for under $5.00 for that big arse bottle!
