Finally back in town and on my routine! It felt GREAT to work out today ( I hadn't done anything since Friday)
Breakfast: Slim-Fast Optima bar (220 cals) and 20 oz water
Lunch: Chik-fil-a chargrilled chicken sandwich and medium diet lemonade
Snacks: 100 calorie packs (2 total--one cheese nips and one peanut butter cookies) and 1 cup of strawberries with cinnamon and a little fat free cool whip. Lots of water.
Dinner: tacos (!) made with 93% lean ground beef and baked tortilla chips, lettuce, tomato, green beans, onion, peppers, and salsa (no cheese/sour cream). Water.
Will probably have a Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich (140 cals) for dessert.
Gym: 40 minutes on the elliptical at high intensity

Upper body workout today. Chest press pyramid, Chest flies pyramid, free weights chest pyramid; Tricep pull down 1 pyramid, Tricep pull across pyramid, Tricep pull down 2.
