I was a little confused when I first opened it, but usually products that require refrigeration have it clearly labeled, for the safety of consumers.I couldn't find anything... so I thought most oils are fine in cupboard so I'll give that a go.

it seems fine, just a little runny. Now its hard again since I put it back in the fridge.
