A good hard workout. Can't feel bad with feel good endorphines racing through my system.
Good coffee (even decaff.) and a few c.chip cookies!
Hugging my sweet Rocky-doggie!
Talking to my husband or sister.
A sappy, feel good movie and a good cry always makes me feel better.
