I have read that thin, fine hair responds best to protein treatments. When I do a protein treatment I immediately notice more bounce, moisture, curl, shine. For me I could do a protein treatment every 4 days but this is not practical. I really like Ouidad protein best ; I see the most dramatic results from this.
