I'm on a mission - I only worked out once last week due to being out of state, so I'm back at it.

Monday: 45 minutes of cardio (step mill; fatburning mode @ level 3); 20 minutes of abs.

Tuesday: 45 minutes of cardio (elliptical; fatburning mode @ level 3); upper body free weights, abs

Wednesday: Spin class (1 hour); 20 minutes of abs and back

Today: 20 minutes of cardio (step machine; fatburning mode @ level 5); body sculpt class (1 hour of upper body free weights, squats and ab blast)

Tomorrow's plan: step mill and ab blast

It's hard work, but I'm determined!
