biolage SLS and cone free range
hi all,
not sure if anyone else has seen this but I was in HHWH the other day and I notice biolage has bought out a sls and cone free line. looks like this
cannot remember what the price was but it should be readily available. If the conditioner is anything like the conditioning balm a little will go a long way.

Hmm, looks interesting but I'm on a spending ban atm as I have no room left in my bathroom cupboard!

Wow, that looks great! Thanks. I've always been grumpy that they didn't have a SLS free shampoo.

starmie - i'm with you all the way there - trying to clear out my cupboards.(though I have bought some more natures gate - it was on special!) Since I'm growing my hair atm and it doesn't do much curl/wave wise. I thought it was a good time to do it.

Feralcurls - they do look interesting.. I've seen it in at least two HHWH's now so I'm pretty confident in saying most should have it now. Not sure what the difference is between the new conditioner and conditioning balm though. It will be interesting to see what the are like.

I have the products in my possession, lol.

The shampoo has cones in it so not CG friendly. The conditioner looks ok.

Will let you know how they go.

I must of missed the cones in the poo - that sucks! I did only glance at them, the sales ladies were checking up on me as usual. One even said to me "are you ok...umm..reading?" lol!

The sales people annoyed me too yesterday! Tried to give me the talk about good cones.

The conditioner went on quite differently to conditioning balm. It soaked straight in even though I used a decent amount of it. De-tangling was ok not as good as conditioning balm.

Hair looks fizzier than yesterday and has less clumping.

The shampoo foamed up a bit too much for a good low poo. A real low poo shouldn't foam up much .

I'll see it the oils in it give a longer lasting result, as in need a couple of days to kick in.

I did consider getting the treatment rather than the conditioner and wish I had done that.

The shampoo & conditioner cost $28 each.

*shakes head at sales people* I just tell them I am happy looking and give them that, "leave me the hell alone look" haha. I probably know more then they do half the time! They work on commission too, so they try sell you certain products over others, annoys me.

I find the conditioning balm a little heavy, I can use it once a week and be ok but too much more and i'm over conditioned. Though I'll have to try it on my natural hair - no colour. It's weird my hair behaves so differently without colour damage, it's like I'm starting over.

ouch! $28. Maybe it'll come down in price? Do you have a discount card for HHWH? almost every hair place I go to give me these cards - lol. It's not much but still helps, I get 5% off at HHWH (use to be 10%, they changed it, grrr!), 10% off this other hair place in my home town and I've got one of those petra cards too.

ok enough ramble, please keep us posted how you go with it.
