Color damaged hair

I had my usual highlight procedure done on Saturday but went to a different stylist bc my regulr stylist was busy.

Long story short: the new person did an AWFUL job and it had to be redone by someone else.

The second attempt didn't help much and I wound up having to go back to my regular person later that day to have it done for the third time.

Several colors, toners, stripping agents, clarifying shampoo and silicone conditioners were used during this process.

Now my hair (only the front, where I get the color) looks dry and very fizzy and the culrs look all straightened and wonky.

This is not heat damage it's only from color.

What are some good ways (DTs, etc) to restore my very porous, dry, color-damaged 3b/3c hair?

(My curls are 3b but have 3c properties.)

I did a DT of DevaCurl Heaven in Hair mixed w/ olive oil w/ a plastic cap under the dryer.

I will crosspost this...

You should try pro naturals moroccan argan oil hair treatment kit which has some products like shampoo, conditioner, etc that will help you to restore and repair your hair faster, plus it will leave the hair soft, shiny and healthy again. I bough it online at safrons. com , I used it and it really works.
I think your hair could use some protein to repair the damage. You could buy a PT, like the Ion one that Sally's carries, or try a homemade one, then follow it up with another DT?

whurly girly (2C/3A).
thick; medium/coarse; low porosity.
hair that is drier than the sahara desert.

LOW-POO: Renpure Organics
CO: L'Oreal EverCreme Cleansing Conditioner
RO: Renpure Keratin Conditioner. New HG!
LI: L'Oreal EverSleek Humidity-Defying LI Creme
Styling: SM Curl Milk, Argan Oil for sealing, sometimes GFPC Gel, some honey for hold, TIGI Control Freak Serum!!
Protein is definitely a good idea, followed by a moisturizing DT. I use the generic version of K-Pak on my hair after coloring. It's pretty good and doesn't smell as awful as some protein DTs. I find that the moisturizing treatments work so much better once I fix the protein issues.

Coloring your hair may increase your style and personality. But regular coloring your hair may damage your hair. So always go with natural oils to keep your hair lengthy and smooth.
