Tuesday = 1 hour cardio with 5 minutes of HIIT

Yesterday = 40 mins cardio including the Windjammer (who knew that pretending to put up a sail would be so hard?)

Today = undecided.

My clothes are feeling a little less tight though!!

1hr light zumba this am. My foot is feeling better, though I could feel it after a class of pushign it to it's limits. Thanks for asking Aussie Can't wait until it's healed, really makes you appreciate the strength and ability you have normally, when things like this happen.

Laura, yay for less tight feeling clothes!

Glad your foots doing better Mamacurl. Did the doctor confirm broken metatarsals? I broke one once, so I sympathise with the pain!

Well I had a lazy few days and am feeling a bit squishy. I'm trying to decide what to do tonight - lift/swim/yoga or spin/yoga. Hmmmm.
abs+about 20-25mins on the elliptical. (Had a bit too much wine last night and was feeling pretty sleepy this morning....)
Lazy week last week, but back to yoga yesterday for 60 minutes. I hope to get in 2 more workouts - one cardio, one yoga - before I leave for vacation on Thursday night.

I now have a new source of motivation for getting in great shape - we got engaged on Friday, so I'll be wedding dress shopping sometime in the fairly near future!
A good high energy 35min workout on the elliptical this morning.

Congrats, again, Badger! I just got my dress in the mail yesterday and am looking forward to looking my best in it come September!
30 minutes cardio straight after work.

I ate McDonalds after too I think I've now got the McGut Ache. The craving needing killing and I don't go much. I should be set for another 4 months before I get another craving for it.

I've just watched about 3 hours of a record breaking 10 hour tennis match. It has inspired me to increase my fitness and stamina all over again!
